Withdrawal from the contract

When there is no right of withdrawal
Everything we print and ship — photo prints, the night sky, posters, frames, canvases, triptychs and the hardcover book — is made to your order and personalised for you. Such goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Art. 86(1)(3) of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. We tell you this before you buy, not after.
When the right of withdrawal applies
For digital products — the song, the PDF poster and the digital picture book — you have 14 days to withdraw. You lose that right only if, before buying, you expressly ask for delivery to start immediately and confirm that you thereby lose the right (Art. 86(1)(13)).
If something is wrong with what you received
The right of withdrawal and liability for defects are two different things. Withdrawal is changing your mind, and for personalised items it does not apply. Liability for defects is separate, lasts two years from delivery and cannot be excluded. A defect is not only transport damage. You type the text and we print it verbatim, but it is a defect if it does not come out as you wrote it — missing accents, boxes instead of letters, or cut off. The same goes for the wrong photo, a QR code that does not work, a broken audio file, or colours clearly different from the preview. In all those cases we repair or replace free of charge and we cover the costs.
How to report it
Write to info@mv-studio.net and describe what is wrong; a photo helps. We confirm receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days.

1. Računanje roka za jednostrani raskid ugovora
„Ugovor možete jednostrano raskinuti u roku od 14 dana bez navođenja razloga.”
„Da biste mogli ostvariti pravo na jednostrani raskid ovoga Ugovora, morate nas obavijestiti o svojoj odluci o jednostranom raskidu ugovora prije isteka roka i to nedvosmislenom izjavom poslanom poštom, ili elektroničkom poštom, u kojoj ćete navesti svoje ime i prezime, adresu, broj telefona, ili adresu elektroničke pošte, a možete koristiti i priloženi primjer obrasca za jednostrani raskid ugovora iz dijela II ovoga Priloga.”
Rok za jednostrani raskid iznosi 14 dana od dana „sklapanja ugovora” — u slučaju ugovora o usluzi i ugovora kojem je predmet digitalni sadržaj koji se ne isporučuje na materijalnom nosaču podataka.
2. Povrat uplaćenog iznosa
„Ako jednostrano raskinete ovaj Ugovor, izvršit ćemo povrat novca koji smo od Vas primili, uključujući i troškove isporuke, bez odgađanja, a najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana kada smo zaprimili Vašu odluku o jednostranom raskidu ugovora, osim ukoliko ste odabrali drugu vrstu isporuke a koja nije najjeftinija standardna isporuka koju smo mi ponudili.”
„Povrat novca bit će izvršen na isti način na koji ste Vi izvršili uplatu. U slučaju da pristajete na drugi način povrata plaćenog iznosa, ne snosite nikakve troškove u odnosu na povrat.”
3. Korištenje usluga prije isteka roka za jednostrani raskid ugovora
„Ako je na Vaš zahtjev izvršavanje usluge, kao i u slučaju sklapanja ugovora kojem je predmet digitalni sadržaj koji nije isporučen na materijalnom nosaču podataka, započelo prije isteka roka za jednostrani raskid ugovora, dužni ste nam platiti iznos koji je razmjeran onom što je isporučeno do trenutka kada ste nas obavijestili o jednostranom raskidu ovog Ugovora.”
